If you buy two or more rolls,we will send by express,such as UPS,Fedex,TNT,it will takes 7-20days
5) Due to stock status and time differences etc, we reserve the right to choose the best shippment for our customer in special circumstances.
6)The value declared in the invoice is based on the actual price of your order, and the items will be described as 3D Printer filament. But if you have any special request on the value or else, please contact with us when you place the order. We’ll try our best to satisfy your requirements. But if there are any issue because of the declared value or declared name, it will be your responsibility to deal with custom clearance. And also we are not responsible for shipping delays because of the problem of custom clearance.
1.If there is problem of quality, please tell us within 7 days after acceptance in order for replacement or repairing. If a replacement is not available, then a refund will be issued with the original payment method.
2.All return items must be in its original conditions, including box and accessories. Men made defects are not guaranteed, such as broken, scratched and so on.
